Quilt Show Entry

Arizona Quilters Guild has many, many creative and talented quilt makers and we want to share your quilts with the community.  We also welcome non-members to submit entries into this show.

 - one ticket per completed entry form

 - three entries per Exhibitor (see Rules)

 - ticket goes to Exhibitor named on form

 - drawing will be March 21, 2019

Quilt Arizona! is an open (non-juried) quilt show. You may enter your quilt in one of the judged categories, or for display only. However, to insure your quilt is accepted into the show, please read over the Rules and Guidelines, Category Descriptions, and Important Deadlines found below before filling out the entry form.

Important Quilt Show Entry Deadlines

Friday Noon,
January 18, 2019

Entry form, non-member entry fee, and photo must be received in AQG office

February 18, 2019

Entry Confirmation Packets will be sent to the entrant by the method indicated on the form.  Please contact us if not received by February 22, 2019.

Sunday 10am-2pm,
March 17, 2019

Entries must be delivered to the Mesa Convention Center, if not previously delivered to a designated Drop-Off site or mailed to the AQG Mailing Address.

March 20, 2019

Winners will be contacted by telephone following the judging on the previous Monday-Tuesday.

Saturday 6:30-7:30pm,
March 23, 2019

Quilt pick-up up at Mesa Convention Center; detailed pick-up instructions are included in the Entry confirmation packets.
