Quilt Show Vendors

The Arizona Quilters Guild invites you to join us for our anual show

You, the vendor, help make our show the success it has become.  Every year our show brings 4,000+ attendees through the door in two and a half days and those attendees enjoy shopping 35 vendors. We feel this ratio of attendees to vendors provides the attendees with a varied selection of products and keeps the vendor booths full of shoppers.

Now accepting Vendor Applications for 2019 Quilt Arizona!

To complete the application, follow these steps:

  1. Before you start the application, you will need
    • an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license available from www.azdor.gov (allow 4 weeks for processing)
    • three (3) photos of your store or booth

  2. Electronically complete and submit the Vendor Application (Booth Details, Part 1)

  3. Print and sign the Vendor Application (Signature, Part 2) and the Vendor Terms and Conditions

  4. Mailed the signed application (two pages) with deposit check or money order to

  5. Balance of booth fees will be due Feburary 6, 2019
