Stuffed Fabric Cactus

Stuffed Fabric Cactus

Class Description:

Students will create a fabric stuffed cactus by easy machine stitching, hand sewing of thread for thorns, stuffing with fiberfill and sewing or gluing of top “bloom”. Teacher provides detailed step by step instructions with sample photos, templates for fabric cutting a round shaped cactus plus how to instructions to make templates of any size for the students to use for larger or smaller stuffed cactus projects of their own. This is a fun class with no stress so that beginners to advanced sewists, crafters or quilters can easily make an adorable cactus for a gift or their own use. The “cactus” can be stuffed with either polyfill or crushed walnut shells if a pin cushion is desired.
